1. The 5-Year Warranty

We provide a comprehensive 5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects on all jewelry items.

What is NOT covered?
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal fair wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the metal over time).
• Accidental damage (e.g., dropping the ring, catching a chain on a door handle).
• Modifications or resizing performed by another jeweller.

"Back to Base" Policy
All warranties are "Back to Base." This means that if a repair or assessment is needed, the item must be returned to our headquarters in New Zealand. Shipping costs to return the item for warranty claims are the responsibility of the owner.

2. Authenticity Guarantee

We do not sell fakes.

The Lord of the Rings Jewellery (LoTRJ) strictly does not sell counterfeit or copy-branded items. Every single piece is sourced directly from, or made to order by, the official New Zealand License Holder.

When you purchase from us, you are receiving a genuine article crafted to the standards required by the license rights holders.

3. Consumer Rights (New Zealand Law)

Everything we sell is guaranteed under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Nothing in our Terms and Conditions is intended to limit your rights under this Act, except where permitted by law. We do not provide additional express guarantees beyond those confirmed by us in writing.

4. Disclaimer

K&B Manninen Ltd is an independent retailer and enthusiastic supporter of The Lord of the Rings legacy. We are not the official New Zealand license holder for The Lord of the Rings jewellery, and we make no representation that we hold any official affiliation with the intellectual property rights holders.

However, we guarantee that all jewellery offered for sale by K&B Manninen Ltd is genuine, official merchandise purchased from or manufactured by the official New Zealand license holder.
