Welcome to The Lord of the Rings Jewelry (Elven Jewellers). We are based in New Zealand—the home of Middle-earth—and we specialise in shipping genuine licensed jewelry to fans worldwide via premium courier services.

1. International Orders & Currency (NZD)

Because we are a New Zealand business, all transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

• Currency Conversion: While you may view prices in your local currency on our site for guidance, the actual charge will be converted by your bank from NZD at the daily exchange rate.
• Bank Fees: Your bank may charge a small international transaction fee. We have no control over this.
• Payment Methods: We recommend Stripe for the best security and exchange rates. PayPal is available, though they often apply higher currency conversion fees.

2. Shipping via DHL Express

To ensure your jewelry arrives safely and quickly, we ship the majority of our international orders via DHL Express when requested.

• Speed & Tracking: DHL offers premium, door-to-door tracking. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched.
• Physical Addresses Only: Please provide a physical street address. DHL generally cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Military addresses (APO/FPO).
• Contact Info: A valid phone number is required for the shipping label so DHL can contact you regarding delivery updates.
• Dispatch Times: Evenstars are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Custom-made items (like Rings) take approximately 7 working days to create before shipping.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• Payment of Duties: If your country imposes import duties (common in the UK, Europe, and Canada), DHL will contact you to arrange payment before delivering the package.
• Refusal of Packages: If you refuse the package due to customs fees, the item will be returned to New Zealand. Please note: Return shipping costs via DHL are significant. If a package is refused, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping, our border clearance charges, local taxes and any administrative fees from your refund.

4. Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, please choose carefully to avoid the cost of international return shipping. We do not accept returns for items that are custom-made for you, and this includes all Gold jewelry.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged:

1. Email us immediately at sales@lotrjewelry.com.
2. If the box is visibly damaged by DHL, please notify us within 24 hours.
3. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Rings & Sizing

Because rings are made-to-order and shipped internationally:

• We do not refund or exchange rings for incorrect sizing.
• Check your size: Please ensure you order the correct New Zealand/UK size (or provide your US size accurately).
• Resizing: If a resize is needed, it is faster and more cost-effective to have it done by a local jeweler in your country rather than shipping it back to New Zealand.

6. Cancellations

If you made a mistake, please email us immediately. DHL processes shipments very quickly.

• If we catch the order before dispatch, we will issue a refund.
• Note: Stripe/Payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Disclaimer

K&B Manninen Ltd is an independent retailer. We are not the official New Zealand license holder for The Lord of the Rings jewelry, but we are authorised retailers of their products. All jewelry sold is purchased from or made by the official New Zealand license holder, ensuring authenticity. Packaging may be manufactured in China as supplied by the license holder.
